Think that it's fun, that you're guided, and that all is well.
Think that there's time, that life is easy, and that the best is yet to come.
Think that the reasons that elude you will one day catch up, that the lessons that have stumped you will one day bring joy, and that the sorrows that have crippled you will soon give you wings. Think that you're important, that you cannot fail, and that happiness always returns. And think that you're beautiful.

Life is too short to stay in boredom, do something today that excites you and renews your outlook on life.
Each human life has the potential to be dramatic, thrilling, and awe-inspiring. Our lives are, in truth, ours to design. Each day, we make choices that influence the character of our experiences, and our decisions determine whether our paths are rousing or tedious, breathtaking or tiresome. We can create an exciting life by simply doing what excites us whenever the opportunity presents itself. Your passions may ebb and flow, and what excites you one year may not excite you the next, but when you make excitement a regular part of your existence, life becomes more fun and more fulfilling. If you are somebody that tends to live practically, excitement may overwhelm you at first. To ease the anxiety that prevents you from incorporating all that you find exciting into your life, acknowledge that you are alive right now in this time and every moment matters. When you choose to do more of what excites you, even if your choices requires you to make certain sacrifices, your daily life will soon be imbued with exhilaration, pleasure, and optimistic anticipation. To understand what excites you, you may need to observe and ponder your reaction to the activities, events, circumstances, and concepts that make up your life. What makes your pulse race, what makes you want to get out of your chair and take action? Try to avoid getting too wrapped up in life’s details; their tedium may cause you to plod through your existence unaware of prospective excitement. Once you have created a substantial list of what excites you, find ways to integrate each item into your routine. You will soon find yourself riding a wave of excitement that lifts you up and makes life truly worth living. What excites you in your life?

Social Media is changing the way the real estate industry does business and how agents and brokers are market their services. Here are some predictions for 2010 on social media trends for real estate.
Social Network Sharing (as opposed to using email lists) (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter article sharing) Many people have already shifted to posting articles via their social networks rather than using their email contacts. This shift will continue and people will use email less and less.
Social Media Policy Adoption. Does your real estate company have guidelines yet? If not, then they probably will in 2010. Look for trends in how you are able to leverage social media for your business as well as policies relating to what you are NOT able to do.
The Rise of the Mobile Machine – Over 70% of US companies ban the use of Social Networking on company time. Thus we will see a trend shift to using social media on mobile phones to get around companies growing policies. After all, aren’t we all attached to our cell phones at the hip? With the overwhelming shift in cell phone use to smartphone capabilities, American workers are feeding their social media addictions at work using cell phones. In real estate you can use this to your advantage when creating your new marketing plan.
Cutting Company Budget Fat – in the current economy, companies are actively looking for ways to cut their budgets and still keep up revenue numbers. How to you still get the word out about your services? Leverage new social technologies such as Twitter and Facebook. They are highly cost-effective and generate the ability to viral market to customers globally with the touch of computer or smartphone keyboard.
Exclusive Social Media Networks – As social networks grow and morph into niche networks, sub-groups, users are more likely to filter out the social network clutter by hiding serial updaters in their news feeds. When, how and why you use social media will change and become more granular making this a greater opportunity in real estate to stand above the crowd in your social media networks.
Competitive Technology in Networks –Our normal human propensity to be competitive has spawned rewards-based social networks. As the social network space becomes more crowded we will see more and more of it in the next year.
